If you plan to use the chat on the site, you need to go to the settings of the widget and chat::

In the settings you will find the code of the widget, which must be placed in the body block on your site.

Next comes the visual component of the widget, where you can set the text color and background of messages for agents and visitors, as well as select the default chat layout. For your convenience, on the right of the page you will see a separate block with a preview of the appearance of the widget where you can experiment with the settings in real time:

In the settings also you can find the function "Combine answers after the completion of the chat" which combines all the answers from the chat into one for the convenience of displaying informatio. It will be looked like this at end of the dialogue:
